When I first saw this at ur desk I seriously stopped what I was doing and gawked. This is such a good picture, there's a great compostion and narrative at work in this piece!

really great concept here. you should try another shoot like this, same location and camera setup, but maybe put in some fake blood or something.
could make your media series based on a really twisted concept.
