Have you read Anne Fortier's Juliet? It's about a contemporary young woman who discovers to be descendant of the historic Juliet, who would have given rise to the legend of Romeo and Juliet more than two centuries before Shakespeare write the play. The book is fantastic! And is already in my top 5. And it is to turn movie as well!
