"Well, I guess we can all just give up on the feminist movement."
So KATNISS. But I would think she'd relate the most to Bella...

Sweetness. Hermione, Mary Sues have no use for logic. Don't bother. Pocahontas is Team Jacob? O...kay then.

This is just how I feel! I have always despised the way Bella portrays girl to be:needy, and brooding and desperate for attention. Hermione is the perfect example of someone who can totally kick some butt, but is a girl! I love this great job!

she's from The Golden Compass, by Philip Pullman. It's a great book, but a terrible movie. Well actually the movie is ok, but only when not compared to the book. the only people i know who liked the movie haven't read the book

Hahaha, fantastic. I love strong feminist heroines and it's so disappointing to see so many young women obsessed with a story with such a weak, unimpressive "heroine".

i know! i hate that bella is such a role model for little girls. what happened to the girl power movement of the 90's? we'll just have to bring it back again, i guess.

I like twilight but i could NEVER really relate to bella. probably because she doesn't really do anything. kind of a poor excuse of a heroine/protagonist.
but i could relate to Katniss because she is totally Bad-a**! lol but also we share the same mindset.
but the funny thing is, i found that Katniss and Bella were in the same scenario. katniss just had WAAAAAAAY more reason to be confused.
I like hermoine ,too. just can't relate to her because she is too intelligent. my IQ, i'm sure, is pretty low.:/ she is ,like, a super heroine! I like how she always has to save everyone else's rears. she is almost motherly in a way.

yeah Twilight was a good concept, but poorly executed in Bella's character.
I feel sort of the same way about Hermione.
