I love the flare of this work....it's kind of mystic, wild, and exotic. Colorful background and sky really make it "pop" too.

She's very cute, and the use of color in the transition between the bright sunshine and shadows is gorgeous ! I can see her as either an alien, android, or perhaps a mutant in a "Gamma World" type setting...

Honestly, the vibrancy itself is quite arresting, all the colours are so enthralling without being dazzling. Perhaps a liberty afforded it by the sunlight's contrast and thus dominance of the scene. All of which frames the character so well with her dynamic and extrovert pose.
It's quite nicely accentuated by her head's more regal pose and expression as though it stands above the surroundings. The flowing of her hair being such a wonderful touch.
