Interesting style. It's always interesting seeing how a style works on simple subject matter. It's very earthy in texture and colour, and quite flowing in form. Although that's likely partially due to the subject of course.

People keep saying something is off. But honestly I see nothing off. That's the wonderful thing about art. You can interpret the human anatomy in your way. I'm a fan of the way you layer your tones. It's absolutely beautiful. And maybe she's not even human! That face is beautiful regardless. Awesome job as always!

well, her spine is bending more than a person's usually bends in that pose, but that might as well be part of the style, and shouldn't even be mentioned.
On the other side, many people as used to anime, myself included, so my first though was too, the body being a bit "thick" per say, but truth is, a black girl with a decent body pretty much looks like this. So ye I agree with you, its a very nice piece of work and technically there is nothing wrong with it. Anyway, just answering your question above

Saw the youtube vid and I'm amazed that you did that in just 40minutes, you could make some amazing comics at a decent rate with that speed and skill. Did you use any refferences btw? Kind of guessing that you didn't but still am curious.
