My idea of how to introduce Gyottos, Sugon, Zottos, Osoros, Batragon, Inagos, Rhinosaurus, Skeetera, King Cobra, Bigstag, Queen Bitch, Megapede, Cunaepaedator, Soran, Kabutonga and Tsunojiras, the first thing is that they all have the same origin that are kaijus created from the genetic manipulation of the fauna of the Skull Island, to be gladiators in the Coliseum of Maximilian Spiel and counted on the idea that Godzilla is brought to the Coliseum of Maximilian Spiel to face Rhinosaurus, during his combat the Most kaijus manage to escape from their cages.Now some individual data of each kaiju:
Rhinosaurus and Bigstag (Giant Water Beetle) would follow the script of the Zilla Jr. chapter and adapt it to face Godzilla (III or Legendary).
Batragon after escaping from the island of Maximilian Spiel would follow the role Kaiju of Giant Bat from the series of Zilla Jr. and adapting it to face Godzilla (III or Legendary).
Inagos after escaping from Maximilian Island Spiel would follow the Kaiju Megapede role of the Zilla Jr. series and adapt it to face Godzilla (III or Legendary).
Skeetera after escaping from the island of Maximilian Spiel would follow his role Kaiju from the series of Zilla Jr. and adapting it to face Godzilla (III or Legendary).
King Cobra has two options: the first as all, escape from the island of Maximilian Spiel would follow his role Kaiju of the series of Zilla Jr. but in China and adapting it to face Godzilla (III or Legendary) or be an inhabitant of the Skull Island and face Kog.
Queen Bitch after escaping the island of Maximilian Spiel would follow the Kaiju Giant Mutant Termite role of the Zilla Jr. series and adapt it to face Godzilla (III or Legendary).
Megapede after escaping the island of Maximilian Spiel would follow the role Kaiju Energy Beast of the Godzilla Power Hour series taking away the part of being an alien and adapting it to face Godzilla (III or Legendary).
The kaijus Gyottos, Sugon, Zottos and Osoros would be the only ones who did not manage to escape from the island of Maximilian Spiel and were transferred to the island of the monsters (they will have their own story further ahead).
Cunaepaedator, Soran, Kabutonga and Tsunojiras these four kaijus have two options as the King Cobra, escape the island of Maximilian and create an original story and face Godzilla (III or Legendary) or be an inhabitant of the Skull Island and face to Kog.
NEO GYOTTOS
Combination of Gyottos designs of the Rampage Godzilla manga with Zaninga from the Toho Megaloman series.
NEO SUGON
Improvement of Sugon designs of the Rampage Godzilla sleeve with a design discarded for Orga.
NEO ZOTTOS
Improvement of designs of Zottos of the Rampage Godzilla sleeve with some designs discarded for Orga.
NEO OSOROS
Improvement of designs of Osoros of the Rampage Godzilla sleeve with a discarded design for Bagan.
NEO BATDRAGON
Combination of Batdragon designs from the Godzilla Marvel comic with some designs discarded for Bagan.
NEO INAGOS
Combination of Megapede designs from the Zilla Jr. series with Inagos from the Dark Horse comic and acquire their name.
NEO SKEETERA
Improvement of Skeetera designs of the Zilla Jr. series with a discarded design for Battra.
NEO KING COBRA
Combination of King Cobra designs from the Zilla Jr. series with a conceptual sketch of a Kong Skull Island monster.
NEO BIGSTAG
Combination of Giant Water Beetle designs from the Zilla Jr. series with Bigstag from the Toho Saber-X series and acquire their name.
NEO QUEEN BITCH
Improvement of designs of Giant Mutant Termite Queen with a discarded design for Gigamoth and acquire the name of Queen Bitch, name of the kaiju that had to face in the sequel to Godzilla 1998.
NEO MEGAPEDE
Improvement of Energy Beast designs from the Godzilla Power Hour series with a conceptual sketch of a Kong Skull Island monster.
NEO CUNAEPRAERAEDATOR
Combination of Cunaepaedator designs with a conceptual sketch of a Kong Skull Island monster with a design discarded for Kaishin Muba.
NEO SORAN
Combination of Soran designs from the Dark Horse comic and acquire his name with a discarded Pterodactyl design for Godzilla 2014.
NEO KABUTONGA
Combination of Kabutonga designs from the Toho tokusatsu series with a design discarded for Battra.
NEO TSUNOJIRAS
Combination of Tsunojiras designs from the Toho series Go! Godman with a design discarded for Destroyah.

Hoo boy, there are a lot to go through. I feel that a lot of them work better as Skull Island inhabitants (like you suggested) or ancient monsters that lived in the same time period as the Legendary Godzilla. However, it's the first four that I really, REALLY like.
Since the plot of the Rampage Godzilla Manga is that Godzilla wants to become a professional wrestler, it is downright genius to make Gyottos, Sugon, Zottos and Osoros creations of Maximillian Spiel for his Gladiator Battles. I can see Spiel somehow capturing Godzilla II and Anguirus to pit them against his monsters. Of course, the gladiators wouldn't stand a chance against the two. Perhaps one could squeeze this scenario into the timeframe between 1976 and 1984? Food for thought.

I'm glad that you like them, but what I wanted to achieve is not to monopolize the idea that they were all like ancient monsters, I see the idea very simple and easy to say that they are ancestral creatures that have been hibernating until the date and when the new monsters of Godzilla appear II Many of my ideas may undergo changes.

True, very true. The introduction of ancient super species does bring a lot of opportunities to introduce creatures that would otherwise had a hard time to be included in Godzilla Neo. But, as you said, it's also too easy to say that they all came from that era. I'm currently working on my own take of the Godzilla Earth Prophecy (complete with an alternate timeline and everything), but I'm waiting for Godzilla: King of the Monsters to be released first, since I might have to make some revisions once I've seen the movie.
