Yeah, that's Ra's, but not like in Batman Begins. In the comics he wears these Western-bizarre-like clothing; in the film he's more like suit and tie. Although the face of Liam Nesson is quite like the comics version.

Well, he's not as evident as Joker, for instance, but he doesn't make himself too scarce either! Guess you gotta read a lil bit more Bats' comics, huahua!
