Critique: Amphibians generally look very soft. There are not many protrusions on amphibians. See the axolotl [link] for some ideas of what the natural world offers.
I'm not sure what the tail coming off the head would serve as. Does the spinal cord split? Is it "hair"?
The placement of the pelvis indicates that the creature walks on all fours, but the placement of the shoulders indicates that it walks on its rear limbs not its forelimbs. You'll want to adjust that.

As a critique (you asked for it!) the creature should have a larger chest in order to hold inside more powerful lungs.
