Description
I drive by a small forest every morning on my way to work. Always have been intrigued by how abstract, yet still completely "readable" it is at a quick glance. This speed sketch is an effort to recall the scene from memory during lunch.Related content

I'd ditch the tree on the left margin, but otherwise, incredibly great lighting and detail for such a rough speed painting! I can't believe you painted this out of memory. You must have driven by a million times. The thumb looks like a photo. This technique works great in this piece.
