I think they both have the same creatures... I gave credit to Gislaadt - Drecci , because he was the first one to download them and offer them as stock !

In any case don't worry.....on the jungle net, is impossible monitor and follow these things. so feel free to use what you want without stress.
My visual experience of these years has created in me a mental database, so many times i recognize tons of these things but i keep them for myself because im not a cyber police man.
Extremely rarely + if i know him/her, i write something to the author of the relative stock.....i don't write names.......but many giant important stock neither answer or thank you...........because they aren't interested....This is the reason because i don't waste time but i write (i repeat rarely) only and exclusive to friends with stock that i know they answer me.
When i wrote "who is the real author" i wrote that also to say........in reality we don't if we are using at 100% stock of the relative author is the real owner. About this, i had wrote many discussions.
Here on DA for example there are entire active galleries with images stock stolen partially here on DA and partially from the net......I know all those external photographers and relative photos so i recognized them immediately!!! The funny thing is that this thief has created also rules 
Who use official providers like flicker or similar do you think the relative images are secure? Of course not! I knew example to say no..........but i repeat we aren't cyber police so for us, poor manipulators is impossible establish at 100% if all authors are good or not! Personally i use always all with extreme relax also because my little works are, works of the sunday! The issue come if you create a giant commercial organization....or a giant businnes

So true...we as manipulators see a stock image as coming from a reliable source and don't question the provider because we trust them. As you said it is impossible establish at 100% if all authors are good there are many stock providers out there that share the same images that come from the same original source... (maybe they purchase the same images from the same provider)... I give the benefit of the doubt to all the providers that graciously share their images with us here on DA.
