Fun and quirky mood. At first I thought she was p*ssed off because I thought the single hair on her left cheek was her mouth. The sun, clouds, girl, and angle of the brick wall all give a slightly disoriented feel to it totally consistent with strong winds.
Actually, she seems to be doing pretty good. She seems bright and alert.
Not sure what else to say; this is my first comment at this site.
