I've never had a problem with the idea of Giegue being female; that was, after all, thought up by a porn artist, and it's kinda Morphine's job to do something that makes people DO WANT, and since while Giegue may identify as a he, what his actual sex is something we don't know, and that was taken advantage of. Besides, it could partly be from a sissification fetish.
Personally, I've always seen him as very androgynous, and he doesn't bother himself with such things as gender, leaving everyone else to guess at what the Hell he is while be makes their heads explode. He'd probably do that for fun.

Oh good God. Yeah I never liked the whole fem Giegue thing. I used to draw Giegue in a similar style but he was always male or genderless to me. I don't know where they get that whole female thing because there's no way he is.
