Gorgeous work for my favorite fantasy series to date. Royce and Hadrian are some of the best characters I've read in a very long time. I love the monumental feel to this it mirrors the scope of the novels.

This is a great book cover. The stark silhouette in the foreground against the softer edges and color of the city gives a distinct sense of height and depth. You can't help but want to know who these characters are and what they're about to do.
I've looked through your site and was impressed by a number of your pieces but this one is superb.

I love the composition and depth you achieved with the almost-silhouetted figures in the foreground. It's surprising how much the intricate detail of the background doesn't disturbing the reading of the relatively thin lines of the foreground figures' weapons. Very well done.
