Yep, I made another Pony flash game.From the same brilliant mind that brought you, "and suddenly owlbears for no reason!" comes a new game with a slightly more complicated story.
It's still not perfect, and there's a couple more things I want to add to it still, but it's hopefully fun to play nonetheless!

First of all, awesome game marcusmaximus. Second, do you know why I can't download this game in your "dragon-mango.com/ponygame/" link? When I click in the message in the main menu of this game where it says "Visit the Pony Platforming Web Site!" where it suppose that it allows you to download it, it takes you back to your "dragon-mango.com/ponygame/" link. Do you know why this happens?

I absolutely love this game, along with all the little tricks and secrets in it. Marvelous job. 
P.S.: The jetpack should be a "tiny bit" more useful if it'd make you go upwards.

Woops! My bad, thanks for pointing that out - that was an error in the newest update of the Standalone version. (Files from different versions were mixed together by mistake, so it didn't work right - the secret shrine also caused the game to get stuck!)
I'm uploading a new version right now. Download that, and everything should work just fine. Sorry for the trouble.
As for the jetpack... it was a little TOO useful to begin with. That's part of why it was removed. (That, and getting people stuck inside walls!)

A Great Game, its has the 1990's vibe that makes me all Nostalgic and worm inside, then I get all depressed when the game ends, it's that good. looking forward to the sequel.

Ahh, Minty? She's very well hidden.
If you take the low road through the cave, you will eventually come across a sock lying on the ground (you can examine it with X).
Minty is hidden quite near to the sock, although how to find her is up to you. (Hint: there's a save point right next to the sock, so you can try all kinds of things that would normally be too dangerous.)

Thanks! Minuette makes some funny faces. (Well, it helps that she looks rather a lot like Twilight Sparkle, who also has a very expressive face...)
As for what program I used - it was all drawn in Flash, like the game itself. Actually, many of the background details, like the rocks and the Doctor and Derpy, ARE the actual sprites used in the game, just recoloured a bit.
I also used Gimp for some of the special effects (blurring the background, and the "glowing" effect around the toothbrush and Minuette's letter.)

I played it many times I found 3 endings and I just discovered the Megan statue in the cave in the V1.6! but I didn't figured out the use of the sock yet... I'm now testing the V1.9 really cool voices;

The music in the Cave of Wisdom is from the classic anime Bubblegum Crisis, titled "Survival Escape". I think someone put the whole soundtrack up on Youtube, have a look there if you want to listen to more. It's really good!

At this point, it's all down to which ponies you talk to.
Don't talk to Derpy or Dr. Whooves: Ending #1
Do talk to Derpy, don't talk to Dr. Whooves: Ending #2
Talk to both Derpy and Dr. Whooves: Ending #3
Don't talk to Derpy, DO talk to Dr. Whooves: Ending #4.
The 2.0 update will add a fifth ending (and a couple of optional epilogues), but it's not quite done yet.
