it's oil pastel? really a good job
but i'd say that there's is just one problem: the shadow on her right breast should be less dramatic than black, for you use a more atmospheric, diffuse light in the whole work. try the color you've got in her face, a little colder, and it should be nice ;]
after all, that's is a great work, good drawing
