Description No matter how hard I try, I never learned to draw Lilo. *so sad*

So here's Lilo, Scrump and Stitch from Disney's movie Lilo & Stitch. The movie which was THE Movie for me. The Story about a broken family who becomes full.

Lilo is a girl I adore. She's brave, strong and always continuing her imaginative things. She doesn't care what other thinks. I mean, of course she wants to be popular but with her own way, not by imitating the others. The others play with barbies, she plays woodoo and makes operations to her toys. She knows how to enjoy what you have. And she is the boss of all the others (well, except her big sister Nani, maybe).

And she is still such a tragic character. When the saga continues there are always less and less really sad things and it keeps going to the humor section. But in the beginning, when she is six and lives only with her sister and keeps missing "the old time" and her parents.. Maybe all that "different things" she wanna do and that a little darker side of life she is interested in, is some consequence from all that. Lilo and her sister must keep going and if it means playing voodoo with the fork and the pickled cucumber, okey then.

There is so much similar with Stitch. 626 is a character who upsets easily. Being the dangerous experiment almost everyone hates and fears, isn't easy. The whole "being Stitch" is based on Lilo's character. She was the one who helped him and gave him the name and chance to live. She wanted to be his friend and gives the family Stitch never has (and apparently doesn't even knew there's something like that). And when Lilo is happy, Stitch is happy too, when Lilo is mad he tries to make her happy. And when Stitch is unhappy he makes not-so-clever movements like runs-away-and-never-comes-back or helps dangerous cousins to escape.

There's still so small group who thinks Stitch as Stitch, not the failed Experiment 626 Jumba once made. But what is the most important thing: He knows himself. He is experiment and so what. It doesn't have to mean being some monster any more (because Lilo happened). The little O'hana Lilo and Nani (and later Jumba, Pleakley and all those other experiments Jumba made) gave him is just enough. He can do anything and be anything he has to just as long as he has The True Place Where He Belongs.

Oh yes. And when the saga finally ended he was barely four.

Long description is long. I haven't seen that movie in years! Should I watch it some day?

But if we think the last time I draw them was three years ago, this is quite good. I'm so full of L&S -nostalgia right now
