I really like how you the shading on Ulquiorra's stomach and chest. Doesn't make him look overly defined. Still looks skinny, but "weak-bone-skinny." Nicely done.

Wow.
If you know anything about the storyline of Bleach it makes perfect sense, and if you don't, you still get a certain kind of feeling, you know there's a history between the two, and that the weird-guy is the winner of a fight (because the other guy is lyin' face-down in a pool of blood) but you don't know the reasons behind it. Still you get a sense of the history.
I'd say you capturedthe scene quite well.
