You think Russia is cold? You just never been here in the summer! As I said in one conversation, Russia took off his scarf, wore Panama hat and ducked into the bathtub with ice, because it's too hot even for him xD
Actually, I drew Russia without tank top first, but idea with this signature has seemed for me more funny )
Summer!Russia can be very hot, but never, never stand in the way between him and air conditioner. Never.

Yes, that's the continental climate. I used to have that in my Geography lessons.
