I am critiquing this as an abstract artwork rather than as a fractal, since I am not really qualified to talk about fractals. I think this is the best of the works you have recently posted.
I quite like this work, the contrasting textures are dramatic and the colors are interesting and unusual. Beign very abstract, I can't really say that it communicates any theme or comment, but it is very interesting to look at and invites the eye to wander and discover very many interesting features.
The grainy textures are particularly effective in this image, and well distributed.
The rectangles around the outer edge are perhaps not necessary. For the stripes of horizontal and vertical lines, I would have preferred these to be more sharply defined to contrast greater with the grainy and curvy components. I don't like the diagonal, badly-aliased, lines in the center. I don't know how essential they are to the design, but I would be tempted to delete them.
I could see this being the center piece of a high-tech, ultra-modern foyer or lounge.

TheΒ "badly aliasen" diagonal lines are shaped to give te illusion of depth and without this lines the illusion will be lost.
