Haha, I love Tennant, he makes the craziest expressions. :3 It's a very good likeness, and I love his suit!
As far as constructive criticism, I don't think Tennant's hair was ever that neat during the whole of his stint as the 10th Doctor. I also think that hair is evil and hard and you did a wonderful job on the style you gave him 
That said, you did an amazing job! I really love the blue vertical stripes in the background; it really throws Tennant forward and make him pop out! :3

Thank you for comment. I'm beginner in this so, your opinion is very helpfull. Next time when I'll be drawing him I'll try to apply tip, and remember about shadows.
What about background, I wasn't sure final results.I agree, David Tennant makes craziest expressions
