Description Verethragna (also named Warharan, Bahram; Avest. "Smiting of resistance") is the divinity (yazata) of victory in Zoroastrianism. He appears in ten forms: as an impetuous wind; as a bull with horns of gold; as a white horse; as a camel; as a boar; as an adolescent of fifteen; as a bird called ´varegna´; as a ram; as a wild goat and, finally, as an armed warrior.

According to the Avesta,

"Verethragna, made by Ahura, came to him [Zarathushtra] the tenth time, running in the shape of a man, bright and beautiful, made by Mazda: he held a sword with a golden blade, inlaid with all sorts of ornaments"

Warharan Yasht, 27

Well, yes, in a way. Hovewer, he is claimed to be made by the Creator's will and is subordinate to Him, so this is more of an immortal spirit/emanation than an almighty deity.
