Have you tried reaching out to 2000ad?  I could see your stuff in that.  I sent a link to your deviant page to the editor.  You should contact them.  When I did work for them years ago I just sent them samples through their website. I sent them a message asking about submissions and they sent me the contact.

well i didn't send anything they have submission form and test script 6 pages so i'm planning draw that and send them my samples but yes i was thinking about 2000 ad just you know need to conduct proper people,and sometimes its not so easy

If you go to the website there are contacts.  when I got work from them I emailed them through that.
