When we aren't hazing the noobs, we should be teaching them. Next time that happens, help a medic out, tell him/her who they should be ubering.

Ubers don't make me confident like they should. If a medic hooks up with me, I always let them know to uber someone else (unless I'm a class that you KNOW you shouldn't uber, then I don't have to)
