🐉Nektas High Realism Portrait🔥

This project has been plaguing my thoughts ever since “A Shadow In The Ember” has been published and I fell in love with Nektas, the draken that guards Nyktos.

Believe me, I am very enamoured with Nyktos and Reaver-butt, BUT Daddy Nektas has captured my attention and I desperately wanted to draw him in a more high realistic manner.

Here are some of the quotes that have helped in shaping his appearance (no worries, they are spoiler-free):

“Barefoot and shirtless, Nektas crouched on the railing, which seemed impossible given how narrow it was.”

“A shock of dark and red hair fell over his shoulder as he cocked his head to the side. Those eerily beautiful crimson eyes shifted beyond me.”

“Eyes that were such a vibrant shade of red, they contrasted sharply with the pitch-black, thin, vertical pupil.”

“He shrugged a shoulder, drawing my attention to the single black-and-crimson braid lying there.”

I think jennifer _l_armentrout has once again written a character I simply cannot stop thinking of and am so grateful that she shared him with us!
