Sailor Cosmos from Sailor Moon.
(I've edited a bit the colors to make them more contrasted but the original drawing is with very light colours.)
This copic marker sketch was made and sold for Japan Expo 2016. ^_^

ooh gorgeous! I'll admit though that I had to lean close to my screen to see the detail, but not that far. X3 the colorization helped in being able to see details. The lines on the top of her sailor suit was what had me leaning in.
EDIT: yays! more sight on the lines on the outfit's top!

Don't know if it's my computer but that is really hard to see. The colors are so similar it just this huge block of white with slight shade difference.Β

It's because my scanner didn't like light colours and the silvery one. I've edited and contrasted it a bit. XD
