This is the new version of a recent painting I've made. I wanted to see if I've improved (I'll post an after/before picture, with the date).I hope you'll like it!!!!

To be honest, I like the 'old' version better. The overall atmosphere was more captivating there, it was more emotional and intense. Also the hair, especially at the hair line looked better.
Her left hand and the area around here eyes as well as your use of lighting are better in the new version though!
And.. both versions are great

Thank you for being honest! I can understand why you like the old one more,
because indeed, the other one has a different emotion, and certainly stronger one.
But I think this one has a more complex emotions, it's just not simple anger or sadness, I tried to make it hard to understand, and maybe that's why the other one is better, I think I failed on this part!
I'll take a picture with both next to each other, you'll be able to see it better. (the new one is bigger than the old)
