I love the idea and Drocell's face is so cute. I especially liek the highlights on his eyes, which are his outstanding feature anyway.

As for advice, the pink overlapping the girl (it took over part of her hat and hair) and the black overlapping Drocell just seems a little sloppy. My opinion, though.

The art is lovely, the use of color is excellent, and I personally loled I'm not sure the blur is doing anything for me though o.o
