I'm going to argue this shipping. For it, specifically. A scene in episode 22 made me love it, the scene where Andrew asks the question I've been asking since the beginning: Why Akko is pursuing her dream for someone else rather than for herself.

I particularly loved that scene. It was nice to see how Andrew advised and encouraged Akko ;0;

Damn skippy. Even if it was a set up to later plot, I dig. I also like this kind of ship. Unlike Rave Master, where the ships are straight and narrow, or like most romance series, I don't think the ship has to be enacted in a series not about romance. It's just colorful fluff. Plus, I never saw a reason Andrew would fall for Akko, unless drugged by best winggirl/worst wingman. (Sucy knew what she did.)
Oh, and I just zoomed in. I finally saw Akko use her magic to do that that. Nice touch.
