8/8 Black Dragon: Yep, that's definitely what that is.
6/8 Enthusiastic: She has a fanny pack. She's excited about something.
2/8 Possessive: I don't really know. She has possessions, but it's not really obvious.
8/8 Wife: I see that wedding ring. I think that white thing is a remnant of some past drawing, but I love to imagine that she's wearing the torn remains of somebody's wedding dress. It's not even hers.
6/8 Motherly: I'm getting that vibe.
12/20 Nice Touches: I think there are some generally neat things here, but nothing that really pushes very far.
17/20 Guidelines: This is decently easy to animate. It uses transparent wings, so that's nice.
14/20 Overall Design: This is actually pretty cute. However, the head could've used larger horns and bigger eyes. Also, given how curvy the lower half is, it's strange to have the rest of it be a snake with arms. A thinner neck and a torso would help.
0/15 Extra Credit Bio: There wasn't one.

I like this design, even if part of it might have been an accident. However, I would prefer if you pulled this one back and re-worked it for the next contest.

Thank you, I'll probably try to find time to rework this for the next one (the image in your deviation was a more animal quadruped, correct?), and the white part was a mixture, some of it was clothing, but the part next to the leg was where I had to erase and was hurrying too much to change the colour. I'm no author, so I can't promise an interesting bio, but in the words of Willy Wonka when he sees a drowning child: "There's no better time to learn".
