FINALLY finished my half of the art trade with Damien312!After doing my fursona for his half, he requested either a picture of DK capturing Rebecca Cunningham OR DK vs DW. I chose the latter.
However, my muse left me hangin' on this one. I simply could NOT figure out how to do an appropriate versus picture featuring a sword-bearer and a gas gun-bearer.
I've been mulling it over for months now, even scribbled down some 'ideas' (which never came out very good), and finally this idea sprung to mind last night. I slept on it, then sketched it out today.
So, low and behold!: Don Karnage versus Darkwing Duck! WHO will win?
Looks like a 'drawing' to me.
Last.... I really hope this isn't too big of a disappointment.
Don Karnage AND Darkwing Duck belong to Disney.

Hahaha, god I miss these cartoons so bad. xD I still feel empty being on The Old Haunt and not remembering absolutely anything from them anymore, LOL.
Something tells me this is just begging for a legitimate crossover for these guys, I swear... xD

Aah, these both bring back so many memories of my childhood; sitting in front of the tube, sipping coke or pepsi and watching the Disney Afternoon and wondering what my favorite heroes and villains would be getting into. If anyone ever asks me who my favorite Disney Hero is, I'll definitely answer Darkwing Duck, and for villain, I'll answer Don Karnage! I mean, come on! How can you not love them?
That aside, this is a wonderful art trade. Both characters are crisp, well proportioned, and they both look like they just stepped out of their respective realms, right down to their costumes. Good job on Karnage's jacket and Darkwing's cape, I should add. If I may play favorites just a little, Karnage is done a bit better, if only because we can see more of him (DW is hidden behind his cape a little), what with his boots, tail, and collar. Once again, I love the expressions. They clearly state that they've been going at Rock, Paper, Scissors for awhile now, and neither one of them are going to get anywhere anytime soon! Given how large their egos are, if one of them actually wins, they're going to get into another match, only now it'll be two out of three! Ha!
If I may gush a little bit, you've given me an idea for a crossover I'd like to see. Do you play Kingdom Hearts? It would never happen, but I think it would be awesome if there was a level where Sora and the gang could team up with DW in Saint Canard or battle against Karnage on the Iron Vulture. Who knows? I may commission it down the line! I call it, though!

LOL!! That's kinda what I thought - and, of course, they'd have to make it look like 'SERIOUS BUSINESS'.
Honestly? I couldn't say. About the same? Although there are more incidents of Darkwing's ego getting burst than of DK's (and when it's been burst, then he totally goes all emo). I don't think I've ever seen DK's being burst, but have seen him having a somewhat humble moment.
