Breda 30 still was okay if well maintained. Very often the squad's sergeant would get to use it as his main long-arm, with another grunt loading the chargers into the hinged magazine when needed. The best thing about the Breda 30 was the high quality machining that was done to make all the parts fit together. It's not really fair to compare the Breda 30 to the MG-42 in terms of spraying performance, but at least the Breda 30 had a shorter reloading cycle (loading up a 20-round clip was FASTER than changing belts on the MG-42) and could change barrels MUCH more quickly under stress (mishandling the hot barrel of the MG-42 would result in you burning your hands!). I hope I didn't mess up!

I Saw the disassembly video ini foto-foto weapon, looks very complicated, and the oil tube looks not suitable with dusty place XD

True. As for the German paratroops, they were part of the Luftwaffe and not the Heer (Army). They did not get along well and would squabble over supply trucks' worth of food, clothes, bandages, weapons, gasoline, and ammunition!

Nice work! The red scarf does wonders for drawing the eye and adding a bit of a personal touch! Good detail too.

I have only seen this weapon once before. It was during one mission in Italy in the game Call of Duty 2 Big Red One on the original Xbox.
I still have the game, still play it too

As far as I know it was more akin to a Browning Automatic Rifle (assault rifle) than a proper LMG, as such it was a reasonable weapon in temperate conditions. In the desert however it jammed constantly due to sand in the cartridge lubricant, and in the Russian winter it froze solid!

I'd say the .30-06 conversions of the Chauchat were worse. But yeah, the Breda definitely isn't great.
