It always cracked me up whenever someone mentioned how certain artist that worked on supergirl comics made her skirt into frilly belt.And as a fan of frills and belts, I felt I have to draw this.
It was fun redesign, but one can clearly see how much I loath coloring lately, so please don't bring up jow flat it looks. Because it is flat coloring.
Yeah.
P. S. I really love how dA has mobile friendly upload unlike other places I put my stuff on.
