Very good work, I think that in hair reflective area to add some environment color will make this painting better and when you did the great job for painting a beautiful face,please note that the ear structure and the actual situation relations, this also is very important.

I can suggest to you this group for hair brush [link] , replace your old brush with a new hair / fur brush , and try to work on head and hairs as two separate layers . I bet that will make a difference

Hi , i think the woman's face is well painted but her hair could be more realistic , i mean it seem like quite sharp to me , good work afterall !
