When I see this, I think of some poem I've long forgotten the title of where the poet sees a boy (who looks like the one in the picture) 'in old/old-fashioned clothes by the riverside' or something like that.
If anyone knows what the poem is, then please let me know, if it helps, I believe the book I read the poem in was called something like "poetry of the heart".
