Nero is actually one of my favorite Sabers. As for the piece of art itself, it is pretty good. I like that you took the time to create a background that match the character. Though at the same time it does feel a little weird.
Like the background doesn't 100% match the style of the character so it seems she is kind of imposed on it. It may be because of the sword effects. Though honestly these are small nitpicks on an overall very nice illustration.
The only other thing would probably work on the expression a little more, letting our eyes guide us to her face and down.
