Thats a Firey sharingan but I dont know if it could be the real sharingan im just commenting on most people about sharingan art and because I like those eyes but the comment is.
They are Hellish I'd say they were real but there not but dont take it lightly there could be a person that has a real ones nah JK the art itself is good but the things around the outside could have been more better but Its the 4st one ive seen and I say if it was a thing that exists those are real : )

how did you add the yellow and black into the red ^^

on photoshop... using the dodge tool for the yellow and the black using the burn tool.

On photoshop, use the lasso tool and select eye, adjust hue/saturation, plus color levels, then use dodge and burn to have a better looking eye on areas you desire, and then draw the black symbol of the sharingan.
