Two things:

1- This is a nice rendering of Asuka.  She almost looks like a young adult rather than a mid-teen. 

2- DO NOT credit Evangelion to gainax anymore, because it belongs entirely to Studio Khara.  gainax doesn't even exist anymore because of its massive financial fuck-ups since the late-1990s, and Hideaki Anno left the company in disgust almost two decades ago.
