Description
Here is a character I made for this quicky role-playing thing me and my friends started.Name: Amaterasu II
Age: 16
Appearance: Button shirt, slight Uncharted feel, but all ragged. Carries an enchanting charm, but requires a lot of energy and PSI.
Powers: Psychokinetic powers (fire ice heal etc) but takes up a huge amount of stamina, and is hard to improve in skill level. Also uses guns, mainly an AK-47 or sometimes Deagles.
Personality: Hyperkinetic, yet proper person with a slight case of ADHD. Loves art, and thinks in beauty of even the most simple things.
History: Grew up in Onett of Eagleland, born with the power of PSI. As a child, he never knew he had this power, until one day he discovered this power by accidentally setting fire to a bush.
Other: Loves bubble gum, helps him focus on task. Fire, Electric and Flash (blinding technique) are in le pic.

I've been making characters since I was 8 years old (actually, probably even younger), so I'm pretty experienced with how to make OC's well-balanced.
I'm not sure if you asked for feedback on the OC or the drawing, but let me just say that this character looks like a Gary Stu (masculine version of Mary Sue), which is a character with SOOO many abilities and badassness packed into it.
Well... I don't know much about this character as you didn't say anything about his personality, but seeing how he's blasting 3 element things from one hand and shooting a gun with the other all at the same time and the fact that there looks to be a kind of sword thing on his back also hints that he's a skilled swordsman.
All of that just screams Gary Stu. If I were you, I'd tone it down by making him be able to shoot only one thingy from his hands, limiting the amount of weapons he carries, etc etc.
Lol long comment is long. Sorry, it's just that characters that have so many things packed into them is one of my many pet peeves.

Oh, hehe I was just showing off all the stuff he could be capable of during the RP, like sometimes he may find an AK (what's on his back), I also made it so that after he uses psychokinetic stuff his stamina drops very quickly and he can't do anything. Like say its at the beginning of the story, I would only have a little knowledge of PK stuff, and there might be a tiny glock laying around for me to use with like, one clip. I would have to train a lot just to get barely noticeably better in battle and stuff. I probably should have put the stats in the description lol. My friends actually wanted at

at least 3 powers, mainly psychic, but at least have a minor-major flaw to balance it out, and everyone agreed on that
