What's MUGEN? This is just supposed to be kind of like a screenshot of Danny Phantom vs. the Final Boss.

MUGEN is a special computer program that emulates your favorite fighting game, and any character you wish to pit against, wether it is against Danny Phantom vs. SCORPION off of Mortal Kombat, Strider Hien vs. Megaman, etc. The List is endless. You have to download characters and resources seperately if you want to tweak the game's system to your liking. Go to Youtube and search for MUGEN . You'll find out all about it.
