Well, let's begin finally with the main archenemies of my favourite main heroes.

Temjuro Banno (蛮野天十郎, Banno Tenjūrō), Nega-Drive (ガドライブ, Nega Doraibu), Ultimatron Sigma (ウルティマトロンシグマ, Urutimatoron Shiguma)

Archenemy of Kiriko Shijima/Kamen Rider Drive-Ichigo and Shinnosuke Tomari/Kamen Rider Drive-Nigou, aside the sinister uncle of both Kiriko/Drive-Ichigo and Gou Shijima/Mach.
Born from a poor family, his biological father was killed during a gang fight, and his mother, who was considered as mentally ill for raising him, she abandoned him near a building before commiting suicide. However, the truth is that such building happened to be the infamous institution known as Kinderheim 451, a sinister school-like orphanage set in Tel Aviv, Israel, which was infamous due to it brainwashed children for turning them into soulless and heartless soldiers. Due to the raising he received, he made himself a sinister ideology about the humankind: their own imperfect nature lead them to commiting several mistakes, mistakes which should be erased, and by that, the humankind should disappear; so, he dreamed with creating a perfect society where the mistakes of the past would be erased forever, no matter if it could even mean to destroy the humankind...In the institute, he developed an amazing intelligence, and got fascinated for the sciences; this led to the creation of perfect living beings which could replace the humankind, trying to find the only thing which could make them stable and acting perfectly; those beings would be known as Roidmudes. He even graduated at a young age, for later, departing away.
He was later adopted by a lovely family, which gave him the name of Tenjuro Banno. However, despite his family was stable and lovely, several people felt on him horrible vibes, which even led to kill between themselves, remaining only him and his adoptive sister, Sumiko (who later escaped). After that, he got too much distant from society, working on his horrible experiments for creating those beings which would replace the humankind, altought it even implied to torturing others in order to know the levels of pain a normal human could receive. He didn't show remorsenor fears for seeing others suffering, due to the raising he received at Kinderheim 451.
Time later, he befriended a brilliant British scientist named Sir Krim Steinbelt, who taught him several interesting stuff, and they exchanged some knowledges, despite Banno had to hide his sinister experiments in others and his studies about the pain of the humans. He made enough for getting the confidence of Krim at any cost, while he still continued with his experiments for creating the Roidmudes, but the dead ends in his research slowly drove him mad. So, after knowing Krim developed a wonderful advanced technology system named Core Driviar, he asked his old buddy to use his technology for completing his experiment. Steinbelt gave them the prototype Core Driviars to continue their evolution. The experiment was a success, and the Roidmude could be alive without problems; together, they created 13 first ones. However, Banno began to planning experiments which became more lethal. He forced one of the first 13 ones, the Generation 2 (who would alter become the Count Quantum Mephistus Heart), to copy the appearance of a businessman named Shinzo Hiroi, who had refused to invest in Banno's research. After that, he began to torture his poor creation as if he was Shinzo, only for, at that moment, being discovered by Krim, who saved the Roidmude. Krim blamed him for such a malicious act, and it led to the end of both their friendship and partnership. Soon after, Banno completed the Roidmude technology on his own, implanting within them a desire to eradicate humanity in order to create his dreamed perfect new society, letting them to kill some people, ordering also the murder of a police officer who aimed to investigate him and accused him of the kidnapping and murder of some few people, aside Krim himself (who would later happened to survive).
He created more Roidmudes, and let three of them kill him, for later, one of them, the Roidmude Generation 4 (Professor Hacker) put his brain in a special capsule connected to a computer, where he could lead the Roidmudes, operating directly to a tablet pad, used by the Roidmude Generation 3/Doctor Brain, which would also let him rested the rogue Roidmudes. He would ultimately begin his first attack with the Global Freeze. But, unknown for him, Krim created a warrior for fighting the Roidmudes. So, since then, he would operate secretly for defeat the ones who fought against his abominations, being unknown for him, two of those heroes happened to be his own nephews, and even children of the cop he ordered to murder. So, he'd try to manipulate Gou/Mach in order to put him against the other Riders, only for later revealing Gou was faking to be brainwashed by the Roidmude Generation 1/Freeze, and later steal Brain's tablet. At that moment, Banno pretended to be hostage, and pretended to help the Double-Drives and their friends, giving also to Mario Satoshi Matsumaru-kun the key for completing the Types Tridoron, and even helping to cure Yukari Karasawa.
However, Banno has been pretending to be hostage to the Roidmudes, as he wants to manipulate the Kamen Riders for his own ends. He reveals his true colors when Anastasia Minato Gabena is abducted by the Tornado Roidmude. With the help of Professor Hacker, Banno creates a copy of the Double-Drive Drivers known as the Banno Driver, and ordered to put it in the body of a coreless Roidmude for controlling it remotely, and becoming Nega-Drive.
As such, he became a dangerous opponent for the Double-Drives and their friends, to the point of even stealing their weapons (except uatermaine/Patrol's Shift Gunner), forcing the Dr. Rinna Sawagami to create a code for protecting the Shift Cars, the Shift Sky & Sea Engines, the Trailer-Hou, and other weapons, while Kevin Neumeier tried to develop a code for making an effective protection of the stolen weapons and recovering them. However, Banno's actions even driven to Kiriko and Shinnosuke to the paranoia, to the point of having hallucinations with him, leading them even to attack their own friends, being calmed in time by Matsumaru-kun and their friends.
Banno seeks to initiate the second Global Freeze, but this time he seeks to propagate it worldwide by using himself as the fourth Roidmude to power the machine Sigma Circular, even planning on sacrificing Medic to complete his plans. Brain's self-sacrifice to save Medic does not thwart Banno's plans, for later, after Medic sacrified herself for protecting a baby, stealing her own Core, empowering fully the Sigma Circular (only for later needing Heart's Core), using the UN Special Situation Defense Center (国連特殊状況下防衛センター, Kokuren Tokushu Jōkyōka Bōei Sentā) as his base of operations. Hacker manages to save Banno from being apprehended by the Kamen Riders by self-destructing allowing his escape, but Banno as Nega-Drive is confronted one last time by Chaser and Mach. He defeats both Kamen Riders and prepares to kill his own nephew, but Chase transforms into Mashin Chaser one last time and temporarily stops Nega-Drive, leading to his own death. Go, pushed over the edge by Chase's admiration of humanity at his death and Banno's callous response to it, uses the Signal Chaser to transform into Kamen Rider Chaser Mach, ultimately destroying Banno's remote body, and later, Banno Driver.
However, his brain was still in the same computer where the Sigma Circular was connected; so, he asked Hacker to install his own consciousness in the Sigma Circular, ready for fighting the Riders and their friends. Altought the Double-Drives and Heart managed to damage it enoughly for destroying it, however, the Sigma Circular stolen Heart's Core after temporally controlling him, empowering it finally, transforming him into an enormous Roidmude being known as Ultimatron Sigma.
In this form, he managed to damage the Double-Drives enoughly, and almost killed them, only for later being saved by Matsumaru, who sacrified his own Machine Dragon in order to awaken him. However, the self-destruction of such system gave more power to both Shift Cars of Type Speed, making Kiriko and Shinnosuke make a great damage to the Ultimatron Sigma despite being in such basic form, but such damage also managed to spare Heart's Core from him, and returning to Heart's body, who ultimately stabbed the Ultimatron Sigma with an energy dagger, and held him in order to not let him escape, giving the Double-Drives the chance of attacking both of them, using their respective Types Tridoron of each one and overcharging them for destroying the Ultimatron Sigma and damaging Heart. With the destruction, Banno's brain exploded with the computer, and he finally died.

Details:
-His backround and motivation for cereating the Roidmudes comes from my own inspiration; so, I gave him a background and motivation, inspired by some dystopian movies, the anime Monster, and movies like Joker (2019) and Leatherface
-I also renamed as Nega-Drive due to it fits more with him
-As such, instead being a repaint of the Type Speed, he has a much more monstruous design; this in order to fit with his evil premise
-The idea of a humanoid form for the Sigma Circular was suggested by my good friend ; so, I based in the Revenger Roidmude (BTW, the Roidmude Generation 5 is completely defeated in such universe, with no chance of being revived), aside I was inspired by Mother Brain's humanoid form in Super Metroid
-The reason why I drawn him with such face is in order to look more evil and ruthless
-The idea of his brain being connected to a computer came inspired by an episode of Solbrain and the movie RoboCop 2 (1990)
-The premise of Banno's fights making the Double-Drive have hallucinations about him comes inspired by Slade's actions against Robin in Teen Titans
-Due to Banno being associated with the Sigma Circular, his consciousness is stored now there even after the defeat of Nega-Drive; frankly, I think it has sense
