Description
She is Yoko Katagiri (片桐洋子, Yōko Katagiri), also known as Mobile Cop Lady-Jiban (機動刑事レディジバン, Kidō Keiji Reidi Jiban). A female detective of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. Naoto's senior, she is also a tomboy and an experimented sharpshooter. In a beginning, she didn't knew Naoto Tamura happened to be Jiban, until one day, she saw him accidentally at the moment of changing into Jiban. Since then, she promised to helping him, especially at the task of protecting Mayumi Igarashi.
Time later, she found the secret laboratory of Doctor Igarashi, and discovered a prototype of a 2nd version of Jiban. So, she asked to the Professor Taizo Furuya (the leader of the Jiban project after the death of Dr. Igarashi) to modify it for her own use. After that, she became a 2nd Jiban codenamed herself as Lady-Jiban, ready for helping Naoto/Jiban in the fight against the Bioron.

-Her premise of trnasformation in Lady-Jiban would be a prototype for the creation of the Winspector Project
