Beautiful work! I really love the lighting the splash and shean on the water. The soldier's expression is so confident also though if his weight shifts too much he could fall. I know this isn't a historical piece, but I can help but give you kutoos for having a Roman soldier type without stirrups. This is so lovely!

Great feel and flow in this image. The sense of motion and balance between the galloping horse and the leaning rider is amazing. Man and steed are one, focused ultimately around the aim of the crossbow. Lighting, color, detail, expression, and pose merge for a dynamic and compelling image.

the position of the rider it's so impressive and strong, he's really in for the kill and you can feel it, also the horse is in a very difficult and impressive position, since drawing a horse running on a curve it's difficult for me... I have to say I'm taking of my hat and I love the way you do this... : )
