I've always loved the Lion King. When its sequel came out in 1998, I obsessed over Vitani and Kiara. However, when I re-watched it for the first time in years just a matter of weeks ago, I realized how much I love Kovu. So, I decided to draw some fan art of him.

It doesn't look exactly like him mainly because I didn't use a reference, and also because I wanted to put my own little spin onto him by having his mane in his face. But I like how it turned out.
