I like that lovely light but the tilted horizon bugs me.
I remember what you mentioned in the comment section of another image; not being sure what is the difference between street and city view. For sure this is a city view, very lively and interesting view. But I wouldn't label this street because I don't see the special moment or that 'it'. It being connection between the person(s) and their environment or the connection between the persons.

The warm light on the woman's face, her strange, vintage, out of time, book and outfits are very eye-catching. Too bad for some blown highlights and a messy background, that while it makes a good contrast with the subject, it is unpleasant to the eye, with trashcans and cars... Still I too would have taken this shot, there is something quiet and fascinating in this woman.

here again, I like your subtlety by visually drawing attention to the well let lady while the pigeons title ironically leads the mind elsewhere.
