A tattoo design I made, the first totally done in photoshop! I even made the brushes myself

To be perfectly honest I simply don't have the time. I'm starting a new job today and all my (creative) energy goes towards that at the moment. If you take the pic to a tattoo artist, they will most likely be able to make the changes you wish. So I'm really sorry and I do hope that you will find someone to make the changes you desire!
