Was my last piece of Kate really that good or did it just get the popularity by being named after a meme, or was it simply because it had 'hentai' in the title. I'll let you decide Internet!

I did finish this over a week ago, but because of my thoroughly boned internet at home, I had to wait till I had a chance to come into work to leech of their internet, phnar, phnar.

So lets call this my first official piece of art for Anima Extract... sorta, a bit too "Pin-up" for what the final design for the comic shall be like. A little less slutty to be frank, but I care about you guys so I made really slutty for ya's. It's what she was made for.
Being the sexual foil out of my character roster. She's my Chloe so to speak... although she really puts the 'Maniac' into Nymphomaniac.

Regardless with this piece I got to test out a lot of her design, particularly her new hair cut, body markings and tail.
She's still got the snakes although they are 'hiding' in this piece, as they are also undergoing a bit of a redesign.
Also it draws more attention to the fact that she does have a tail (something a little reptilian), as many people thought that the snakes coming out of her hair where her tails.
Whilst what she is wearing is a little extreme in comparison as to what it will be like in the comic, it's basically the design that I'm going with. Although it can and will be subject to change in the future.

Art wise, I got to try out a strong upward lighting effect, akin to what I tested in 'Bad Dragon'. Really wanted to get a more gradual drop off with the lighting.
Don't know what possessed me to but I really wanted to give her clothing a really latex like sheen to it. I figured if she is going to be wearing any material, its going to be a very shiny one.
Pink again as the main colour of the piece, simply because pink is the sluttiest colour. There I said it.

Hopefully I'll do some more character renders, but don't give your hopes up just yet. Still a long way off to actually starting the comic.
