You know I never think about what I draw or how i'm doing it, I just do it. Wish I had more of a plan when drawing then maybe I would have been better at it

Ah, but that sounds like so much fun! And maybe that's just what makes you good, not planning it. I sincerely wish I was able to do that sometimes, just do something inspirational, not planning it. I plan every single detail and layer before I pick up a brush or a pencil. It can be utterly boring then to do the mere physical execution part, when you've kind of already done all that's fun and creative in your head.

I hear you. Honestly, I wont know where to begin if I had to plan everything LoL Maybe I should try doing that and see what comes out? But I definitely hear you about it being like doing everything twice!

I did a awesome lion once, and a friend of mine (www.birdart.org) told me to keep working it. This was years ago, i completely misunderstood and the poor thing ended up looking like a poodle

Have a friend with lots of lions and tigers and things so I can go get some really good reference pics
