So lets think about this: Grass resists electricity, and Ampharos's elemental punches are weakened by a low physical stat... that being said, high defense could be useful to keep Amph alive while Breloom uses STAB boosted fighting or grass type moves. Β I say... three hits from the Breloom if the Ampharos has a maxed defense stat, and... well, if the Ampharos even HAS elemental punches like fire or ice, then about three or four.
I like both pokemon, so...Β
If the Ampharos could dodge while using Agility to keep dodging it would have a better time of things, considering some of Brelooms stronger moves have slighly lower accuracy. Β
