and when there's a gust of wind surely there's dust so this is not dirty at all cause it adds more detail to the picture

There are some pictures that would said to be too clean for it's own good and plus since Edward's coat seems to be blown by the wind it is natural that The dust may also be blown by the wind creating some added effects to the Photo so in other words
wind + dust = A good and more realistic added effect

I didn't mean dirty in terms of effects. The artist said that his picture was dirty and I agreed saying that his image had dirt in it, the type you get from the ground (a.k.a. the dust). I was making a joke. Although is totally ruined now by the need to explain it to you.
