The final 15x20 hot press illustration board final of my Prismacolor Patrick Troughton masterpiece!!!Stuff from my fav Troughton era episodes 'The Mind Robber' complete with Medusa, Jamie and Zoe (and those freaky ass robots).
I spent all day pushing myself to finish this after a long exhausting weekend, but I'm really happy I did

This is beautiful, your talent is out of this world! Though I myself am an avid fan of the Pertwee era, I've recently started discovering Troughton's era. Troughton's Doctor is just lovable and Jamie is fast becoming my new favourite companion

It does take a lot out of me to work on these pics, especially ones with multiple characters like this, I had to really push myself to get it done because looking at the sketch too long unfinished gets me unnerved

Oh definately, my little sis just started watching that Doctor and went from being all over Tom to Patrick in an instant, and she's only 8! now she's on my case about not drawing enough Patrick pics!

I've always loved Troughton, even grew up on his films (I don't know how many times I've watched him as Father Brennen

He is unseriously at times, but also very serious at other times. I think that's what so lovely about him--he's got a REAL fantastic range.
I love him as Father Brennan, but have you seen him in The Viking Queen? Not a very good film, but he's fantastic in it.
And, yeah. I love Jamie to bits so the two of them together is like... so fantastic.
